Potential investors are a) pension funds and other tax-exempt institutions domiciled in Switzerland whose purpose is to provide occupational benefits; and b) persons who manage collective investment schemes of the institutions referred to under section a) above, are supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA and exclusively invest funds for these institutions with the foundation, and who wish to invest directly in the establishment and expansion of a Swiss-wide diversified real estate portfolio of new construction projects and project developments with first-class location and property quality and a „residential“ focus („Develop & Hold“).

Focus

The foundations of our real estate investments.

The focus of the portfolio is on the development of building projects with first-class location and property quality, and on the development and realization of sustainable construction projects with attractive value creation potential. It is a mixed portfolio. The main focus of the portfolio will be with at least 60% on rental flats and the creation of new living space. Other uses include office and retail space, education, healthcare and logistics. The investment focus actively supports the efforts to slow down urban sprawl in Switzerland and leads to a densification of urban areas.

The investment group Sustainable Real Estate Projects Switzerland focuses on the development and completion of projects with attractive value creation potential.

Another major focus, when building the portfolio is placed on sustainability. ESG integration (environmental, social and governance) with the aim of reducing climate-damaging CO2 emissions in the long term (zero carbon strategy) and thus achieving the highest possible climate neutrality, including GRESB reporting, is the core of the investment strategy. In addition, building certification is sought as a sustainability standard for each real estate project.
