Dr Mark Montanari works as a lawyer (partner) at MML Meyerlustenberger Lachenal Froriep AG. He specialises in stock exchange and capital market law, corporate law as well as financing and M&A transactions. After his training as an attorney, Mark Montanari completed a doctorate in financial market law at the University of Bern. Since 2010, he worked as an attorney at FRORIEP Legal AG, which merged with Meyerlustenberger Lachenal in 2021. He is distinguished by his experience in financial and capital markets law.
